Postage/Shipping costs

  • All physical items are sent via royal mail tracking service and their shipping costs will be calculated on check out. Once the item has been shipped within 3-4 working days, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Where do we ship to:

  • Postage on physical items are sent to the UK only via royal mail tracked service. Please contact us for any international shipping which will have an additional cost for this service.

Lost Order:

  • This happens from time to time, please wait 12 working days from the time you receive your tracking order, royal mail will only declare a parcel lost if it’s not delivered within this time frame. Once a parcel is declared lost, we will then be able to help with a replacement or a refund. Please report lost parcels within 60 days of receiving your tracking number. After this time we unfortunately cannot help you with a refund or a replacement.

What if my shipping address is incorrect:

  • Please make sure at checkout your shipping address is correct. If you are paying by ‘PayPal’ that your shipping address is the same as your address registered with ‘PayPal’ as per ‘PayPal policies’. We cannot ship to an address that is different to the one you have on record with them
